Refund policy
At RAGE, all purchases are considered final once delivered. We request you to review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds
RAGE does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Exchanges for Defective Products Only
Exchanges are permitted only if the product delivered is defective or damaged. If you receive such a product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or videos of the defect along with your order details. Requests can be made via Instagram or WhatsApp using the contact details provided.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days.
Conditions
Exchange requests will be accepted only if they meet the following conditions:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as size issues, fit concerns, or change of mind.
